Grey Wolf, Inc. announced that ISS Riskmetrics and Proxy Governance, Inc. have recommended that Grey Wolf shareholders vote "For" the merger transaction with Precision.
The Board of Directors of Grey Wolf, Inc. (“Grey Wolf”)
and the Board of Trustees of Precision Drilling Trust (“Precision”) approved a definitive
merger agreement pursuant to which Precision will acquire Grey Wolf.
